The Role
A fantastic opportunity currently exists for an organised, energetic and flexible individual Branch Manager to join our Property Services, Grounds team in Sunshine West.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will contribute to the successful and safe delivery of Property Services operations through the effective management of administrative tasks, people and scheduling to maximise Programmed Property Services customer satisfaction and profitability. You will be responsible for capitalising on Property Services operational success by generating cross sell opportunities and winning additional work.

Skills and experience
- Trades qualification in Horticulture (preferred)
- Proven track record in Business/Contract/Project Management
- Previous experience managing a Profit & Loss

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Leadership skills
You must be reliable, dependable, and trustworthy and have the drive to succeed.
